Power Automate Intermediate

Hand the routine work to a flow.

Intermediate2 days6 modulesHands-onHRD Corp claimable

Approvals chased over email, files saved to the wrong folder, the same notification typed out every day. A lot of that can be a flow.

Participants build scheduled, automated and instant flows from triggers, actions, connectors, conditions and expressions. Then they move on to approval workflows, parallel branches, error handling with Configure Run After, SharePoint integration, sharing and permissions, and exporting flows between environments. By the end they can build, share and maintain flows on their own.

By the end, participants can

  • Develop automated workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks
  • Build approval and business process automation flows confidently
  • Use Power Automate features such as dynamic content, connectors, and conditions effectively
  • Troubleshoot and maintain workflows to ensure smooth operation
  • Collaborate and manage shared flows within an organisation
  • Deploy and manage flows across different environments using import and export functions
  • Apply workflow automation to everyday business processes
