Power Automate Advanced

Flows that hold up when the data gets messy.

Advanced2 days6 modulesHands-onHRD Corp claimable

Simple flows break on real data. A list comes back empty, a field is missing, a date arrives in the wrong time zone, a loop hits its limit.

This course is for people who already build flows. It covers variable types, JSON parsing and Compose, string, date, time and math functions, OData filter queries, filtering arrays, Join and Select, CSV and HTML tables, Apply to Each and Do Until loops, loop limits, delays and scheduling. Each topic is practised on realistic workflow scenarios.

By the end, participants can

  • Build advanced automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Work effectively with variables, expressions, JSON data, and collections
  • Create and manage complex loop and iteration processes
  • Apply OData queries and data operations for advanced data processing
  • Use date, time, math, and logical functions within automation workflows
  • Implement error handling, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Optimise workflow performance using concurrency controls and parallel branches
  • Develop scalable parent-child flow architectures for enterprise automation
  • Automate complex business processes with greater efficiency and reliability
